Terms of Service

By using ReleaseKit you agree to these terms. The app keeps your release-ready catalog offline-first on your device so collaborators can stay aligned.

Eligibility and device use

- Keep your device secure; you are responsible for activity in the app on your device.
- Use the app for lawful purposes and respect collaborator data you store locally.

Subscriptions and billing

- Purchases and renewals run through the App Store with RevenueCat handling entitlements. Prices and terms are shown at checkout.
- Your subscription controls access to Pro features. If billing fails, Pro access may pause until billing is restored.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store settings.

Your content and storage

Your catalog (songs, collaborators, notes, splits, statuses, registrations) is stored locally on your device. There is no cloud sync in this version. We do not see or host your catalog data. If you uninstall the app or reset your device, local data is removed; export anything you need first.

Registration checklists and guidance are tools only. You are responsible for verifying accuracy and ensuring submissions meet each agency's requirements.

Acceptable use

- Do not store unlawful, infringing, or offensive content in your catalog.
- Do not attempt to bypass subscription checks or interfere with the app or its providers.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its assets.

Termination

We may suspend access if you violate these terms or applicable laws. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your devices and canceling any active subscriptions through the App Store.

Disclaimers

ReleaseKit is provided on an as-is basis. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that checklists cover every agency requirement. Always review your registrations and splits before submitting. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service (if any).

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the latest date in the app or on the website. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
