Privacy Policy

ReleaseKit is offline-first. Your catalog stays on your device; we don't collect it. Purchases use RevenueCat and the App Store with minimal data for billing.

What we do not collect

- We don't collect or view your songs, collaborators, splits, statuses, registrations, or notes.

- We don't run analytics inside the iOS app.

- We don't sell or rent your personal information.

What we handle

- Subscriptions: purchases and entitlements are handled by the App Store and RevenueCat; we don't receive your payment details.

- Music library access: used only if you choose to import your own tracks; access stays on-device.

Storage and retention

Your catalog lives locally on your device. There is no cloud sync in this version. If you uninstall the app or reset your device, local data is removed; export anything you need first.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your catalog data. RevenueCat and the App Store receive purchase-related data to fulfill subscriptions.

Your choices

Manage subscriptions in App Store settings; remove catalog entries in the app before uninstalling if you want them deleted.

Children

The app is not directed to children under the minimum age in your region (typically 13). Do not use the app if you are under that age.

Changes

We may update this policy and will note the latest date in the app or on the website. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
