Songwriting Manager is built to be offline-first. Your songwriting catalog stays local on your device. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we handle

- Song library data you add (songs, collaborators, statuses, registrations, notes) is stored locally on your device so it works offline.

- Account authentication uses secure third-party services. We receive minimal profile data necessary to confirm your session on-device.

- Subscription status is managed through the App Store. We check your subscription to determine your plan and unlock Pro features.

- Marketing site analytics are collected only on www.songwritingmanager.com pages, not inside the iOS app.

How we protect your data

- We do not run a cloud sync service in v1. Your catalog stays on-device.

- We do not sell or rent your personal information.

- We only request notification permissions when you opt into reminders.

- The iOS build includes a PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy file describing notification and network access.

Retention and access

Your catalog data stays on your device until you delete the app or remove entries. If you sign out or change accounts, your local data is not wiped automatically to avoid accidental loss.

Our authentication and subscription providers retain minimal account and purchase data required to operate authentication, restore purchases, and provide subscription status. You can request access or deletion of this data through their support channels or the App Store.

Your choices

• Control notifications in iOS Settings at any time.

• Manage subscriptions through the App Store subscription settings.

• Export or delete songs directly inside the app by removing entries from your catalog before uninstalling.
